Professional Background

After graduating from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Architecture, Mr. Corner began his career with Mott, Mobley, McGowan & Griffen in Fort Smith, Arkansas as a Project Architect. Since that time, Mr. Corner has been a Partner in the architectural firm of Davies and Poe in Enid, Oklahoma as well as Chief Architect at Allgeier, Martin and Assoc, Inc. of Joplin, Missouri. In 1986 Doug established his own architectural firm in Joplin, later moving his offices to historic downtown Webb City, Missouri. In 1995 Mr. Corner partnered with Wallace “Rob” Barrett of Ardmore, Oklahoma. Completing projects in Arkansas, Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas, Barrett & Corner Architects continued until the unexpected death of Mr. Barrett. In 2009, Mr. Corner partnered with Chad Greer to form Corner Greer & Associates, Inc.
