Join the creative team at CGA Architects as Office Manager at our downtown Joplin location and help us continue our renowned reputation of exceptional client service!

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage and assist with daily operations, client services, and phone reception.
  • Assist with scheduling and hosting meetings and special events.
  • Document weekly team meetings.
  • Create new project notebooks and online AIA contracts.
  • Assist with the preparation of project specifications.
  • Perform other office tasks such as replenish supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc. as needed.


Accounting Responsibilities

  • Process invoices and maintain accounts payable documentation and data.
  • Maintain and update projected revenue data and prepare monthly and yearly budget reports.


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years previous experience in administrative and office management services required.
  • Ability to creatively problem solve, prioritize and multi-task.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks a must.
  • Architectural project assistance and/or accounting experience preferred.
